Prayer for local churches, readers, and faithful service

The October 2025 guide brought conference thanksgiving, local church ministry, and pastoral preparation together in prayer.

Thanksgiving after the gatherings

LIT’s October 2025 prayer guide gave thanks for the year’s conferences and the resources shared with readers across Nigeria. It asked that books would be used fruitfully and that the ministry’s leadership would remain faithful in its responsibilities.

Pastors and congregations

The guide remembered Chigozie Chinwo’s preaching and outreach in Rivers State, Adeola Ogundele and the congregation in Abuja, and Osagie Azeta’s preaching, radio work, and evangelistic service in Lagos.

Requests included faithful teaching and counseling, growth in holiness and spiritual maturity, and lasting fruit from ministry among children and young people.

Preparing to serve

Supporters were asked to pray for pastoral intern Adetunji Ezekiel as he learned at Sovereign Grace Community Church and helped lead practical service to the surrounding community.

Remembering believers under pressure

The guide also asked for protection, comfort, perseverance, and help for Christians facing violence and displacement. These are the concerns shared in October 2025, rather than a live list of current needs.

The two October 10 sends contained the same guide and are represented by this single entry.
