Resources reaching a campus fellowship
In December 2023, LIT shared news of David Lawal, coordinator of the Ibadan Reformed Campus Fellowship in Oyo State. The fellowship served under the guidance of Sovereign Grace Bible Church in Lagos.
The newsletter reported that resources from Ligonier Ministries had been shared with David’s ministry, including the Student Edition of the Reformation Study Bible and R. C. Sproul’s Saved from What?
Partnership across the journey
LIT thanked Ligonier for the donated resources and Midway Presbyterian Church’s missions committee for help with shipping them to Nigeria. Supporters also helped with the distribution within Nigeria needed to connect those books with their readers.
The resources came from a larger donation described in earlier updates. This account does not identify a new shipment or a separate distribution total.
A testimony shared more widely
The update directed supporters to David’s testimony in the December 15, 2023 Renewing Your Mind program. LIT shared it as an example of how access to biblical resources could support ongoing local ministry.
