United in prayer
LIT’s April 2026 guide invited supporters to pray for its ministry in Nigeria, for local churches, and for communities affected by insecurity. It emphasized perseverance, comfort, justice, and faithful witness.
Pastors and congregations
Requests included faithful preaching, evangelism, spiritual maturity, and more people prepared to serve. The guide remembered congregations connected with Chigozie Chinwo, Adeola Ogundele, and Osagie Azeta, alongside pastoral interns learning in local churches.
Preparing for teaching and distribution
At the time, LIT was preparing for summer conferences on “Revival: According to Scripture” in Lagos, Abuja, and Kaduna. Resources were also being prepared for shipment to Nigeria for conferences, theological institutions, and outreach.
The later summer mission update records the subsequent conference and distribution report.
Continuing the mentorship pathway
The guide gave thanks for the February intensive and asked for joy and diligence among pastors continuing in the mentorship program. Its emphasis was on faithful learning and the long-term service of local churches.
These requests describe the situation shared in April 2026; scheduled events and shipping plans are retained as historical context.
