In the spring of 2022, members of Midway Presbyterian Church in Powder Springs, Georgia, donated 302 Reformed books, 39 Ligonier DVDs, and three Ligonier USB video series. A local pastor who heard about the book drive donated another 654 theological books.
A library shipment and resources for conferences
We shipped these resources to Nigeria, together with 300 copies of Ligonier Ministries’ A Field Guide to False Teaching, ordered from Reformation Heritage Books. Our plan was to distribute those booklets at three Reformed conferences in different regions of Nigeria that fall.
The shipment cost $952.77. At the time of the original update, it was in transit. We were awaiting confirmation of arrival and receipt from our partners at Sovereign Grace Church in Lagos.
We are grateful to our friends at Midway who volunteered to count, stamp, record, and pack the resources, and to everyone who contributed to the book drive.
Adapted from LIT’s original 2022 project update. The original publication date is not established. The shipment was in transit when that update was written; this historical account does not assert a later delivery outcome.
