The center of our faith

In his Easter 2026 message, Olumide Olumide directed attention to the atoning work of Christ. Good Friday and Easter Sunday called readers to remember the crucifixion and resurrection at the heart of Christian faith.

The message reflected on Isaiah 53:5 and Romans 4:25: Christ bearing sin and being raised for the justification of His people. The hope proclaimed through LIT’s ministry is rooted in His finished work.

Hope that strengthens witness

The reflection expressed gratitude for partnership in proclaiming Christ in Nigeria and encouraged a renewed love for Him, confidence in His work, and boldness in witness.

“He is risen indeed.”

This seasonal reflection is retained as an Easter message from 2026. Its place in the archive records the convictions that sustain the ministry throughout the year.

Adapted from LIT’s April 3, 2026 newsletter. Email-only elements and fundraising appeals have been omitted; historical events and figures retain their original context.
